No status bar in GA followed by crash

Hello and thanks already for the time you'll spend answering this post,

my main problem is that in Genesys Administrator, in the application section i have no status bars at all but
i have a little square blinking on top of the status column in grey so i guess it's a kind of loading.

And after a while ( +/- 5 min ) Genesys administrator can't connect to the web server anymore (IIS) and i have to restart it
Those problems appeared when i added the database access point and the SCS to the Default application connections.

So far i thought it was a problem with GA trying to connect to the SCS or ConfServ but all my ports are opened and they are both running.

Regards.

Jummm I know there is a way to enable GA logs but is not as simple as GA options...
I don't have that in my notes, Kubig do you have the procedure?

About the GA Logs when i go to the monitoring Dashboard i got an error :
Server Indicated error: 403 Can't open channel. No such Host is known. Log viewing functionnality will be unavalaible

I checked a lot of things i can't figure out where it comes from , maybe it has to do with the other problem.

Thanks for your answers.  ;D

403? Have you configured IIS according to documentation?

There is no specific config for you 403 as we don't know the root...
403 means forbidden, so would be good if you learn about IIS and http errors as well
