Hi all,

Is anybody knows how can I modify the default value of GSW_UNTIL, parameter used by OCS to configure the end date time (daily_till) of a call result (in OCM) ?

What's the difference between these 2 parameters (TILL & UNTIL) ?

Thanks,

Genesys mandatory field daily_till value is 86400 (seconds), that means midnight; if you want to attached this field (and its value) to the user data, you have to define the value of the send_attribute option for this field. That will be the key of the pair that will be attached to the user data. Genesys recommends to name this key GSW_UNTIL for daily_till field. Never heard about it GSW_TILL. If you want to change its default value, you have to do it through CME in daily_till General tab (Fields folder).
