Genesys GETS and Microsoft OCS

What is your opinion on GETS?  Has the newly announced integration to MS OCS ‘07 improved it?  I had heard a few months back that GETS was having problems scaling, is this accurate?  Would someone considering GETS now be in a better position?

  • Genesys Enterprise Telephony Software.  It is a software platform that integrates with Micorsoft Office Communications Server (and in the past with Live Communication Server), and extends the T-Server into the whole enterprise, not just the call center.  Basically a Unified Communications application.
