Genesys Desktop- screen pop behind existing customer file.

How can I get the screen pop to pop inf ront of an existing open file instead of behind in the GAD? When my reps are on a call if they get a new call- it pops behind the existing (hopefully that was a little clearer)?

    • you can develop an application to show the incoming call and search the GAD IE window and bring it to front. This using ActiveX Toolkit

    • Hi,

    Try to change value of the key "show-on-ringing" to "true". You can find that key in the section "voice" on tab "Options" of the GAD application in CME.
