Please told me if it is possible to calculate two queues. For example queue: IVR_Entry - queue: main to get the abandoned IVR.

What do you mean by abandoned IVR? Calls who abandoned on those queues? You want on a single statistic the sum of both? If so you need to create DN Groups with those Queues on it.

Go to CME and then on DN Groups create a new object and drag the queues you want on that group to it.
