Has anyone tested GVP 7.6 with Avaya CM 3 and AES 4.2? I am looking for any known issues. Tks

Hi,

I would suggest you to discuss your deployment with Genesys TechSupport as GVP 7.x+Avaya via SIP isn't officially supported (as I know) :(. Maybe it would be safer to use SIP Server and deploy GVP in behind SIP Server. There is a document describing such integration on Genesys TechSupport website.
