Best tool to view Genesys logs files

hi what is the best one to use at the moment?

Can you also send me the link to download Kazimir as i was using this in the past.

I can not say which is best. But here is link for Kazimir 0.2.0.2

The latest beta of Kasimir (0.3.0.1) is available from the Genesys support site.

[/quote]I don't think this is the same application.  Sergey Belov in Genesys Tech Support was the developer of the Kazimir tool that analyzes Genesys log files... and that's a Windows application.  On the other hand, it appears from the [url=http://kazimir.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=contacts]Contacts page[/url] on SourceForge that a couple guys in France are responsible for the Kazimir that you linked to, which is a perl application that's platform independent and would have no knowledge of the structure of a Genesys log file.

Well shucks, I stand corrected!  :-[  I downloaded it and planned to check out this version over the weekend, but obviously haven't looked at it yet.

My personal favorite is TextPad.

More specifically, it is available from the Knowledge base (search for 'kazimir' in troubleshooting utilities), not from your company approved downloads.

Kazimir is helpful to check long sequence of events; but what I usually use and prefer is Ultraedit.
