Attaching Call Data while transferring: urgent please

We have a scenario where the call would transferred to 3rd party vendor's IVR from our IVR. Initially call will entering our IVR and eventually it would tranferred. My question is "can we attach data that we collected from customer like ACCT No.  etc to other Vendor's IVR? This  vendors IVR doesn;t connected to us and this doesn't lies in our cloud. Typically, Data should be sent to other tollfree number.

Could this be possible? If so any ideas how we can do this? Please suggest me.

Thanks,
Chandra

This might be possible, you should be able to use the User to User Intercation field, find out from your carrier if they support it.

Correct!  You beat me to the response.  Furthermore, the carriers that do support UUI all have differing specs.  In the past 16 years, I am most familiar with AT&T's specs in the USA, but have worked with Sprint and Verizon too.  We're working with a couple of these carriers to accomplish the same globally, but then you have to rely on the originating carrier's partners in the receiving country.

I have attached the AT&T specificiations for UUI as an example of what to consider.  Keep in mind, this seems to be the most robust UUI functionality, so dependent on the carrier, you probably won't be able to accomplish as much as you can as outlined in the AT&T specs.  Anyone that has experience with a carrier that provides more functionality, please speak up.  Pretty soon we can get rid of the mess because we'll be all VoIP.  We are working hard on getting all of our customers fully converted to Toll Free VoIP, we have been 100% VoIP internal and across our global MPLS since 2003 and we love it!

We do exactly this. We send UUI data from our GVPs to an Aspect VRU. This has been working since last July. It was a bit difficult to get it working, but it's been reliable since then, except when the Aspect itself breaks. Our solution relies on our 8720 (Avaya PBX) to pass the info.
