Load Balancing of URS

Can anybody provide me inputs on the Load balancing strategies for  URS ? and how many maximum concurrent sessions can URS support at any time ?

Your question is too generic, load balancing can mean whatever.
As for URS performances, well, it depends on the complexity of your strategies, on the hardware it runs on and lots of other factors; anyway it kicks back and smokes a cigar up to 20 caps
