Hi:)

Did anyone experience a "could not load conavigation applet" error when trying to click on GuestLogin button when testing Hipbone server?

I tried it almost a year later and still get this problem.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
I was following Genesys ICC installation manual and still get this problem.

Has anyone wrote their own manual for ICC installation that you can share with the rest of us?

    • Did you check to make sure that under advanced options in your browser that you don't have the Java Sun VM selected as opposed to the default microsoft vm ?

    This gets installed when installing some JRE's
