Hi

This would be something like an agent who has a dedicated telephone number which is setup in Genesys so calls can be routed to it... and the dedicated phone line might be connected to a smart-phone which is linked to a computer (so the computer can control/monitor the phone)...  and then the computer could also have data connectivity to the Genesys server(s)... I am looking for any/all possibilities on how to setup remote agents who aren't on site with a switch and a t-server.

Please let me kow if it is possible to setup agents like above scenario.

Hi,

You can use Genesys Expert agent solution or SIP based solution.

Thanks for the Reply.Can you help me on how to go about the deployemnt of same and also do we need purchase the Software from Genesys for the same.

Presently we are using Genesys Frame Work 7.2 with  Multi site routing with 5 sites installed with Tservers and switches.we are planning to come up with a site with above solution.
