As I recall CutThrough is like a Ringing Event

Hi,

With this ASAI message, Avaya maps the progress indicator it has received from the ISDN PRI trunk to the adjunct.

This is not important for Genesys, but if you are interested you'll need to take a look at the configuration of ISDN trunk the call (5714) took just before 06:10:46.7700 and see what the progress indicator noted in this message means.

Thanks guyz for your inputs ..the issue we are facing is that when an agent try to do a direct transfer thru softphone ,the call is not getting transferred .In the logs we are seeing the above message followed by a disconnect (below msg is for a different call )

Shoud it be the problem with the switch or the TServer ?
