Calculating statistics

I want to be able to show 'percentage accessibility' statistics in CCPulse. (abandoned calls divided by entered calls multiplied by 100.)

Anyone know how to perform calculations with multiple statistics?

    • In QueueView you have the statistic called AbandCallsPercentage calculated as Sum(CallAbandoned)*100/(Sum(CallDistributed)+Sum(CallAbandoned))
