GPLUS Adaptor Question

Hi Tony and everyone,

we have just roll out the genesys platform on our company. We run into some problems about the gplus tool. we have encountered some issues on the gplus tool since keying digits on the DTMF keypad doubles its digits. Is it something to do with the avaya switch configuration that this is happening. But using the avaya hardphone no trace of double digits is showing and the call is successful.
