Dear all,

We finallty found where was the issue.
In fact, the Soap port of Config Server backup wasn't configurate.

After some troubleshhoting with genesys support we need to modify the soap port of config server backup as the same of the primary config server. But support said at the start to use a different port.

So I use the same soap port on the twice config server and now that's work!
