Update User-Defined Field with Disposition Code

I've been reading posts for days on how to get the Disposition Code that agent selects on GAD written back to a User-Defined Field.  And I gotta say I'm more confused now then when I started reading.

So I have my Disposition Codes defined in CIM.  They are appearing on my GAD with no issues and I can select a code and mark done.  The code however is not going anywhere.  Question is - how do i get the code selected written back to the User-Defined field I've created called "Termination_Code".  Is there something in CIM that needs to be configured?  Is it configured at the GAD level directly in the jsp code?  I would think it would be something at the CIM level, but I can't figure it out...

Any help woudl be appreciated.

Hi,

I have bad news for you - disposition code functionality doesn't provide any integration with OCS. It was intended to be used for reporting purposes only.

I am currently doing a report (real-time and historical) for disposition codes.
I am having the following question:

What is the best stat to use to apply a filter for each disposition code? Interactions_Processed or something like UserEvent stat type should be used?

Your help is appreciated.
