Hi,
I have agentdesktop applicaiton that connects to Cisco Call Manager is getting disconnected every 60 mins. Here is the log snippet. Any suggestions please....

Check the agent desktop application item in CME to see if there are any timeouts configured....might be a good start.

Verified, but there is no timeout configured there. Any other places??

You are getting an event from the JTAPI link - check Call Manager auto-logout feature.
