Integration Genesys Twitter

Hi everybody,
Has anyone had any experience integrating Genesys with twitter?, I am trying to do it but is not really clear for me, how can I create a twitter application and work with it. I have already registred the twitter application,but I dont have any idea how use this app. I am already registered with twitter, but when I search my app (@nameapp) this doesn't appear?.
