Genesys WFM - Multi Skilled Agents

Hi all,

First post of the forum...

I was just wondering for an agent who has, say, two skills in WFM, when the Schedule Build is running how does it assign the relevant skills to the relevant part of the shift? Does it assign it down to the hour / minute or to the second intervals?

can u more clever? or just think from that point - the CIM skils it's just you WFM activities what need right skil-set to be a solved.
