Capturing GAD errors in reports

Hello,

Does anyone know if it possible to report, maybe using key value pairs on the number of times an agent experiences out of service (58) or internal telephony (237) errors in GAD?
Within our routing we have a multi function object in place prior to the call routing to the selection target.  This function contains OnRouteErrors (58 and 237) with options for strategy_ok and try_other.  This as put in place so that when a call does encounter any of these errors on the agents GAD, it will not abandon and clear.  Instead for the strategy_ok the call carries on whereas for try_other it searches for another agent with same skill.
We want to know how many occasions this is occurring through a report without having to shift through all the logs.  Is this possible?

We are using SIP 8, GAD 7.6 , URS 8.

Thanks,
WA

Hi WA,

I haven't been able to find any description of OnRouteErrors function... Is it a custom one?

Just a dummy idea :) - if 'try_other' strategy is loaded on dedicated Routing Point then you can use Stat Server to count number of entered calls for this RP. Afterwards, you can monitor this in real-time using CCPulse+ and generate historical reports using CCAnalyzer.
