Settings for Nortel T-Server when used with Verint Logger

Hi,

it has been a while since I have posted a technical question here, usually relying on our engineers, but here it goes:

one of our clients that just went live and some of the calls are not being recorded. My gut feeling is that CME is not properly set, but we have no access to CME, so the only thing I can do is tell other vendors where to look.

Verint starts recording on EventEstablished, and I think that the other vendor might have forgot to register something for those DNs... We are pretty much operating in the dark here, so I would appreciate all the help you can offer.

Nortel CS1000
T-Server 8.XXXX

Help :)

A quick follow up:

1. I remember there were options that need to be changed for Nortel T-Server. What were they?
2. ACD Position and Extension were to be put into one place
3. I could swear we had to put all ACD Positions under ACD Queue..
4. What else?

You say some calls are not being recorded, which ones? Those on Entensions or those on Positions?

There is some config in Verint to say which incoming route points should be recorded, I don't know where as I'm not a Verint person.
