Hi,

I was wondering what everyone though about CCA 6.5 I have only being working with 6.1 here and after reading 6.5 documentation for CCA which is 550 pages longs, I was very impressed by the depth and flexibility of the product.

What I wonder is whether or not CCA 6.1 actually offers the same functionality and we just don't know about it because CCA 6.1 docs really suck.

  • Vic,
I have used also CCA 6.1 only but to work with it I used 6.5 documentation. I have not found any major differences.

  • I dont think so we have CCA 6.5 release at all. The latest version of CCA available is 6.1.3 i.e July'02, release.
I dont see any release notes in Genesys site on CCA 6.5.

  • So in Genesys 6.5 'old' CCA was described much better than in previous versions and we don't have to bother if differences exists while using CCA from Genesys 6.1 release.

  • Thanks for the info. One thing that really stuck me as weird was that I could not get RGA to work as described in the manual. did someone else notice it as well?
Is anyone using RGA at all?

  • I have used RGA but as no additional requirements we got from customers on RGA I haven't had to go deeply into documentation.
I have noticed only small issues but in general I have got RGA working after installation.
