Siba, by looking at my profile you should also be able to guess that we are here to help, but we don't allow posters like you to post non-sense posts. In your first post Kubig mentioned:

At first, try to learn about Genesys before you want to do troubleshooting. Without knowledge is not possible to do anything with Genesys.

About the issue,as first check if your T-Server can connect to the License Manager - check your FW configuration, if the port of FlexLM is allowed.

Some guidance and also, I guess you searched the forum or Genesys site first. Did you do it?
How can you expect someone to help you with those lines? Put out of yourself for a second and read it. Do you even know of what application are you talking about? If a customer of yours tells you that will you be able to help him?

We all had our first post here as well as many others but if you see how they start will see more more details on the issue and what they have done to solve it and not just post "Help me" posts...

I'm like this because we do have a lot of time helping others and we don't want this forum to be filled with useless posts. What will happen is that if somebody corrects you, you will end up posting "Hello? no body to help?"

So as an expert forum for all levels we all ask is the minimum level of supporting information for us to help.
