Recommendatios about emailserver endpoints and busines process

Hello everyone,

I am just looking for some advice that i could not find in Genesys Documentation.
I need to divide 150 email accounts, that I have distributed in 150 endpoints, each one associated to a ixn queue.
All the endpoints are in the same email server, and all the endpoints are associated to the same Bussiness process.

Could anyone give me some advice about max number of endpoints on each business process and max number of endpoints on each email server?

Thanks!

I think that there are no limit for mentioned parts of configuration. All depends on your needs and how do you design BP. From my point of view, it is better to use at least one ESJ,one BP and one endpoint.

Ok, I think that at least it necessary one of each one, but my doubt is it recommend to have more than one business process to divide this mailboxes?
150 endpoints is not much for a single BP?

Why? all it does is a small sql, you could have one only, the defined on email server and not on pop-client accounts. That way if not declared on pop-client accounts will use the generic one.
I guess you want those 150 only for statistics, otherwise no much sense

The reason I need 150 pop-clients, and 150 endpoints, and 150 ixn queue is for statistic and for routing reasons, each mailbox (pop-client) needs a special routing treatment.

The reason for my question is that we are having some problems with the assignation of enpoints-ixnqueues. Although we have defined this association in configuration manager (in endpoints section of ESJ), for some queues is not visible the conector between these both. So i was thinking, that maybe this problem is related with the high amount of enpoints defined in the same BP.

thanks!

From my point of view the need of 150 endpoint is not clear. One endpoint is enough, just create universal BP and strategies controlled by userdata and ListObjects for example.
