Can someone please tell me what CCP+ is? Is it CCP with historical views?

Do you mean GPlus package? The best place to get information would be from your local Genesys dealer. In case, you do not have one, here is some of the info that we were told by our representative:

To summarize CCP+ is the same as CCP. The difference is that it is also connected to CCA in order to retrieve all the historical statistics, so you can see how stats change over time.

Genesys published a pretty good help file for CCPulse Plus, and it is available on support.genesyslab.com Have a look and see. I also think that you can ask your Genesys reps to get it for you.
