Well...it is consistent with Alcatel Genesys labs too located at France...so very suspicious for me, but anyway.

By the way I finally managed to start the pulse plugin : I had to purge the java temp file on the GAX server, I though of that after setting the psdk logs to full on GAX (int the setenv file).
I discovered the application tried to connect to a Config Server on the port 2020 and having forgotten to set the port on the gax.properties file it could not work.
After setting the correct port in the file and purging the java temp file (on control panel) it work.

I have some doubt on the port number in the gax.properties file, i never set it before and GAX could connect to the Config Server

Weird because those values should be filled when you install GAX and use root account to configure it. No need to do manually. Again I ask, did you follow the documentation step by step?
