I am getting licensing error for URS - Router_HA option.  I do not have any HA object for URS or SIP.

FLEXnet Licensing error:-18,147
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation,
available at "www.flexerasoftware.com".

This is a lab environment and we were able to use this for some time but now it is not allowing.

Is this something we need to check with Genesys ? please advice.

I think it is behaviour by design. URS checked this license/feature at each startup - it is hardcoded. It has no impact on environment.

It is finding the target agent group but doesn't hit the agent ..

Check the SIP server for root-cause of EventError with argument "Unsupported Operation". It is not error on URS level and has nothing to do with licenses.

@host? Regardless of whether this is related to your issue or not, I suggest you double check the license path.

As he mentioned
I do not have any HA object for URS or SIP.
As I wrote, the license error is "by design". Of course, the license path must be valid.

Thanks . I see the calls are processing regardless of the licensing error. I will work on license path
