Creating new StatTypeConstructors in DMA

I'm trying to make all incomplete outbound calls trackable in CCpulse.

I'm able to report on this metric using ICON and sql tables to link G_CALL and G_CALL_STAT and then compare the value of F_CONN. But we also need this to be trackable in CCpulse.

The basic canned reports with Genesys (AD_N_OUTBOUND for example) seem to exclude incomplete calls.

I've played around a bit in DMA with the StatTypeConstructor but I'm not really sure wich actions to include/exclude etc.

Any help?
