I have been asked by our "reporting" department to be able to report daily on how many calls are lost in each time frame.... so x calls abandoned in 01 seconds, y amount in 12 seconds.. etc etc.

Can anyone point me in the direction of how to acheive this (relevant tables / variables etc).

Note  we are using Crystal Reporting Tool.

  • Create time ranges for the intervals you are looking for  05 seconds, 610 seconds, etc. When you create your workspace or layout, apply these new time ranges to the statistic. It will collect the calls for that statistic that meet each time range, and will drop that data into the database.

Once it's in the database, it won't matter what tool you use (Brio, Crystal, etc) to view the data. The important thing is to distinguish the time profiles before the stats are "lumped together", because once they are, you cannot pull them apart with the historical reporting (CC Analyzer).
