I don't want to overcomplicate this graphic, so these are my responses;

[color=blue]To remove:
- there is no direct connection between IWD/IRD and UCS; [b]Correct - but IRD affects UCS, as it does URS - I have updated the link line as blue, rather than black to show this distinction.[/b]

- UCS DBServer between UCS and UCS Database is confusing, the only thing really exist is UCS DAP. [b]It actually states "UCS DBServer (Java)"  on the graphic - the [i](Java)[/i] is for clarity.  I'm leaving this in, as it does actually exists[/b]

- no ContentManager in 7.x, just Knowledge Manager [b]- OK (removed)[/b]

To add:
- connection between Routing Stat-server and Interaction Server; [b]OK - done[/b]
- optional connection between Stat-server and both types of Desktop - [b]optional - not standard - not done[/b]
- optional connection from InteractionServer to CCP Stat-server -  [b]optional - not standard - not done[/b]
- connection from WebAPIServer to EmailServerJava for web form emails support - [b]OK - done[/b]

If you want to add Chat to this picture you can put it in parallel with Email Server and WebAPI server and connect to:
- WebAPI Server [b]- done[/b]
- UCS [b]- done[/b]
- Interaction Server [b]- done[/b][/color]

Not sure about:
- IRD to Routing Stat-server. What is it for? [color=blue]Real-Time Stat Data look-ups for Interactions Queueing[/color]

Question: what green color means, or more exactly why is chat server green? [color=blue]External (non-Genesys) component[/color]

Err...YevgeniyP why don't you are so kind to provide to Tony the diagram that you think should go? I believe will be faster and save N posts.

I was quite happy to go backwards and forwards, backwards and forwards, backwards and forwards - noting which items had been [i]added in [/i] earlier in the thread and then were [i]removed [/i] later on - and then [i]re-added[/i].  And then [i]taken out again[/i].  ...and then [i]re-added[/i].....

I'm glad this wasn't a [i]real [/i] item of work - we'd have missed the delivery date about 2 months ago...

YevgeniyP - can you play with this format...?
